Common questions
How does the free call differ from paid consultation?
The free 30-minute call clarifies your needs and the suitable service. A paid 90-minute session covers one agreed topic with advance document review, written recommendations and one follow-up clarification. You do not need to buy a subsequent project.
Should we choose document preparation or an AI search pilot?
Start with preparation if documents are scattered or versions unclear: organize categories, sources, FAQs and update ownership. Choose a search pilot to test finding information through questions. Preparation delivers a document pack; the pilot also adds a query interface and test records.
Can employees learn Codex without programming experience?
Tell us their experience and the tasks they want to handle so we can assess suitability. Introductory practice starts with task instructions, file operations and output checks. Prerequisites for code or complex systems are agreed in advance.
Are course prices per person or per company?
Prices cover one company cohort: up to 10 people for the introduction and 8 for practical courses. Hours, assignment reviews and follow-ups are listed for each course. Additional participants, sessions or languages require an agreed scope and total price.
Which website plan should I choose?
Choose One-page starter for a simple introduction and contact path, Standard to explain your services across several pages, or Brand Visual for images, short video and scroll motion. Each plan includes one language.
Does a multilingual consultation include a trilingual website?
You can speak with us in Japanese, Chinese or English. Each delivery includes one language unless agreed otherwise. Translation, layout and review for additional languages are quoted separately.
What costs are separate from the service fee?
Your quote separately lists required account subscriptions, model usage, hosting or storage, travel and additional languages. Agreed media generation within the Visual website budget is included in its project fee. Work beyond the agreed scope starts only after you accept the quote.
Will the AI handle every customer question?
The trial covers limited approved material and tests what happens when staff help is needed. It is not published before those checks, and still needs review afterwards. Booking confirmation, payments and complex decisions are outside this trial.
Where will our information go?
Before setup, we explain the chosen providers, information processed and storage arrangements for your approval. Trials prioritize public or de-identified material; sensitive customer information is not connected by default.
Do I have to buy monthly maintenance?
No. We explain account management, the agreed files and update steps at handover. Domain and platform renewals still apply. Issues within delivery scope are handled under your agreement; new content or ongoing help can be arranged separately.
