Information we handle
- Enquiry form: shop or company name, industry, email, optional LINE ID, budget/timing, and the issue. Used to reply about a diagnosis. Site-side records have a retention limit of up to 30 days; copies sent through notification providers follow those providers' retention terms.
- Demo chat: text you type is sent to our server to generate a reply and may notify the operator. Do not paste ID numbers, medical records or passwords into the chat.
- Server logs and Google Analytics (G-G4R2M7Z84Q): time, coarse location, pages viewed. Used to see whether pages are reached. Not sold as a list.
What we do not do
The form does not create an account. It is not used to build paid ad audiences. There is no public phone number for outbound sales calls from this site.
Processors
Hosting: Cloudflare. Analytics: Google Analytics. Chat and form notices may use our configured operator channel. LINE chats happen on LINE and follow LINE's policy.
